Job Description

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.

  • Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

  • Create a monthly editorial plan & content calendars.

  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • S1 degree in Communication (Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or Broadcasting), New Media or Business & Management.

  • Have experience of a minimum 1 year as Social Media Specialist or similar field

  • Have a good knowledge of digital marketing and social media content.

  • Have creative content writing, content editing, and social media managing skills.

  • Have a positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

  • Fluency in English
